Description: bed head protection comprising 2 vertical wall protection rails, on aluminium plate and 2 aluminium tubes (Bedkit as manufactured by Gerfl or). Bs2d0 fire-rated, antibacterial and solid colour, the PVC rails provide a smooth surface with decorative grooves and are fixed on a 3 mm thick and 600 mm high aluminium plate. These parts fit together on 2 coated aluminium tubes adjustable from 110 to 300 mm, fixed by a tightening screw and fitted to the wall with a 3 mm thick aluminium plate. Overall projection is adjustable from 146 mm to 336 mm. A protective film is specified to minimise cleaning before acceptance.
No heavy metals are used in its manufacture and the calcium-zinc thermal stabilisation process is used. The emission level of volatile substance in inside air has been tested according to ISO 16000 and is very low (A+) according to the french regulation (23 march 2011 nr 2011-321 Decree and 19 April 2011 Order). 100% of the product are recyclable.
