Smooth protection panels
Description: smooth protection panel (Decoclean as manufactured by Gerflor) in rigid and antibacterial PVC, Bs2d0 fire rated and solid-coloured. Its surface is smooth. Its length is 3 m, width 1.30 m and thickness 2 mm.
A protective film must protect the panel during the whole installation time.
The level required for biocleaning should be validated for very high infectious risk areas such as operating theatres (sector 4) according to the Pasteur Institute of Lille (France). The chemical and mark resistance should have been proved on the usual cleaning products according to EN423. The ease of nuclear decontamination according to ISO 8690 should be excellent.
No heavy metals and no substance potentially subjected to any REACH restriction are used in its manufacture. The calcium-zinc thermal stabilisation process is used. The emission of VOC is under 15 µg/m3 according to ISO 16000. 100% of the product are recyclable.
